Close whenever they feel like it for no reason. "Open" until 3pm I arrived at 12 to closed shutters, the next day 11.30 closed and today 11am shutters down closed. Ridiculous!!

My fav post office. My granda used it, my mummy and now me. Even though I'm not local and live a bit away now I still go often. They are such lovely ladies and always go out of their way to help you xxx

your jobs worth of a woman behind the desk is one unhelpful brute, she told me i couldn't tax my car without proof of insurance (which i clearly had the stupid bat) i was able to go 2 mins down the road to andytown garage and tax same car with the same proof. and they say shop local… wont be back for even a 10p stamp

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
